Trustees
VTCT are committed to equality of opportunity, and we value diversity. Our trustees come from various backgrounds and community sections and bring a fresh perspective to the Board of Trustees while reflecting the diversity of the learners we work with.
Staff
We aim to continue developing a inclusive corporate culture at all levels and in every system and process. Through our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Policy and EDI Road Map, we work with people from across the organisation and beyond to meet and exceed our statutory responsibilities. We will aim to facilitate awareness-raising events for our staff to ensure they embrace the ethos expressed by this policy and celebrate our differences and uniqueness.
Learners
